Right now the ASM VM can only be invoked via the Lua C api.

Hence I am testing the VM via [a test harness](https://github.com/dibyendumajumdar/ravi/blob/master/tests/test_vm.c).

To build Ravi with ASM VM enabled, first build VMBuilder as above.
|
|
|
|
|
Then build Ravi with following options:
