UP: add custom extensions for app<->distributor interaction
...
On registration the app can pass in a 'Messenger' to get a direct response
instead of having to somehow wait for the broadcast receiver to fire.
The app name can be passed as a pending intent which allows the distributor
to validate the sender.

Always verify hostname/domain

There might be corner cases where it is required to use self signed
certificates. However there should be no corner cases where it is
required to use a wrong domain name. This commit swaps out the
MemorizingHostnameVerifier that let users accept wrong domains with the
standard XmppDomainVerifier.
